We are a manufacturing company located in the Bulebel Industrial Estate, Zejtun and are offering some of our products online for Malta and Gozo.

Our products are manufactured and delivered from our factory in Bulebel Industrial Estate, Zejtun

Our delivery charge both to Malta and Gozo are € 10.00 per delivery. Even if you order more than one product the delivery cost will remain the same.

If you do not wish to pay for the delivery, we can deliver the order to one of our three outlets in Malta and you can collect it from the gallery

Please contact us at contact@decomalta.com, we can issue the discount on the pending order and refund the discount back to your payment card.

Processing your order takes about 1-6 business days. Our Framing and Stretching Service takes about 2-7 business days.

Orders which are going to be delivered normally it will take between 2 to 3 days depending the area.

Orders which will be collected from our Galleries will be delivered to the gallery the same day that they are ready and the client will receive a call to inform him that the order is ready for collection

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us at contact@decomalta.com immediately after you purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm your changes and any further instructions. Once your order is produced, you cannot cancel or modify your order. Prints and stretched orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.

If you would like to change your delivery address, please email us at contact@decomalta.com immediately after you purchased your product. We will email you within 24 hours to confirm the change in your address. We cannot change your address once it is in transit.

We always deliver the product during the time bracket that you select while ordering. If the delivery man will not be in time, he will call you to inform you about his delay and whether you can wait for him. In case the delivery man will not find you at home he will leave you a note with the day and time that he came with the packet. You will be contacted to inform us from which gallery you want to collect your order. We do not come for the second time to deliver the order.

We are sorry that your product arrived damaged, accidents do rarely occur during deliveryt. Do not worry, please send us an email at contact@decomalta.com We will work with you to get this resolved immediately. Please send us pictures or videos of the damages with the email.

If you would like to return your package because of quality or other reason, please contact our customer service team at contact@decomalta.com . Our team will provide you further instructions for returning the product to one of our galleries.

We will send you a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving and inspecting it. As per our Refund Policy we only pay back the cost of the product.
